At VIP Tires & Service, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via various channels, including email, phone, and webchat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively handle, manage, resolve, and log customer contacts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for transactional and subscription customers.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers throughout their contract lifetime.
  • Optimise customer satisfaction and meet defined quality standards for contact handling and associated administration.
  • Support customers with help requests, technical issues, complaints, suggestions, and praise received through various customer support channels.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service experience, handling calls and emails, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Management of customer complaints.
  • Ability to work in a multi-skilled environment.
