Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in customer service and logistics? We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating the returns of pharmaceutical and veterinary products. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer service KPIs and trackers, ensuring that all relevant data is up to date and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of the purchase ledger, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice receipt.
  • Ensure all invoices are checked for compliance with expected costs and seek approval from the appropriate manager.
  • Maintain local files to track capital and revenue spend.
  • Monitor site consumables and purchase these items to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Work with procurement to ensure Chapeltown requirements are met.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for Chapeltown meetings.
  • Provide site induction to contractors and visitors.
  • Ensure all MHE are serviced and repaired according to HSE guidelines.
  • Respond to customer claims within agreed timescales.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer service-related queries.
Requirements:
  • Experience in pharma and healthcare supply chain.
  • Experience in contract logistics warehouse administration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of financial systems and month/year-end process.
  • Self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision.
  • Flexible and able to work accurately under pressure.
  • Team player with self-drive to be proactive and add value.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with Stock Management System.
  • Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice.
