About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and confident individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and review sales orders, handling any necessary documentation
  • Manage customer relationships and update key stakeholders as required
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, ensuring accurate customer records and interactions
  • Coordinate diary management and scheduling
  • Develop and chase quotations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Travel as needed, both domestically and internationally
  • Provide exceptional administrative support
