Office Coordinator Benefits:

  • Location: Sheffield S21
  • Working Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday - full-time, office-based
  • Salary: £26,000
  • Employment Type: Permanent

Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently managing customer inquiries and service requests via telephone and online platforms
  • Generating quotations and processing orders utilizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Providing assistance to external sales representatives
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Communicating with sites regarding delivery schedules and notifying customers of any delays
  • Performing general administrative tasks
  • Preparing VAT invoices for clients and managing order payments

Office Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role is essential
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is a plus
  • Experience in customer service and handling inquiries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of GDPR regulations and practices
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively
  • Proactive approach in administrative duties
  • A collaborative team player
