Event Coordination:

  • Assisting with the planning and preparation for internal and external business events
  • Delivering intranet engagement communication to staff
  • Representing the company at events as needed

Office Management:

  • Liaising with facilities management on matters related to the office environment
  • Coordinating visitor arrivals, including booking and welcoming visitors
  • Ensuring the office is well-organized and compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Managing physical documents and ensuring they are stored and disposed of properly

Supplier Management:

  • Ensuring an efficient and cost-effective office supply management chain is maintained
  • Coordinating purchase orders and invoices using financial systems
  • Representing the company in all communications and meetings with suppliers

Operational Support:

  • Assisting with regular operational reporting tasks
  • Providing telephone support for the business
  • Managing electronic files and ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate
  • Supporting new employees and ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience

Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate professional qualities at all times
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to work to deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to work and willingness to help when needed
  • Proficiency in G-Suite or equivalent software
  • Working knowledge of company policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements related to health, safety, and welfare
