**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases using Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Process orders, quotes, and invoices, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Support external sales managers by providing administrative assistance and data entry.
- Raise purchase orders and manage inventory levels.
- Communicate with customers and sites regarding delivery dates and delays.
- Perform general office administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and mail management.
- Raise VAT invoices and process customer payments.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office coordinator is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Previous experience with Sage or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional approach and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
