We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Portfolio Payroll. As a key member of our payroll department, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their payroll needs.

This is a part-time role, working 4 days a week, 29 hours per week. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and expertise in payroll systems and processes
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their payroll needs are met
  • Processing high-volume, fast-paced payroll calculations
  • Providing comprehensive advice and guidance to clients on payroll-related queries
  • Working to multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Performing manual and automated payroll calculations

As a Payroll Administrator at Portfolio Payroll, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and develop your skills and expertise in payroll administration.
