About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator / Coordinator who is looking to develop their career into the HR Advisory space with the support and mentoring of a HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day HR duties, including employee lifecycle administration, recruitment/onboarding, and HR projects.
  • Provide 1st line HR support and advice to employees, including holidays, clocking in system, wages, and other HR-related queries.
  • Co-ordinate HR records, including training, and populate the HR clocking and management system with staff details.
  • Produce monthly reports on HR statistics.
  • Support in the recruitment and onboarding of new temporary and permanent employees.
  • Assist with payroll and other HR departmental administration, including company car administration, vehicle insurance, and private mileage.
  • Plan company events, such as parties and Christmas events, and facilitate hotel bookings and conference bookings.
  • Assist with projects, such as document digitization, and input relevant data into HR systems.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an HR Administrator or Coordinator, with a passion and drive to develop further.
  • Ideal CIPD Level 3 qualification (or studying towards).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work to deadlines and digest large volumes of information.
