About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Kaminsky Consulting. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support to our HR Manager and H&S Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment Support: Assist our recruitment partners, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  2. HR Administration: Review and update job descriptions, coordinate the appointment process for successful applicants, and maintain accurate records of employee data.
  3. Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the company.
  4. Training and Development: Identify and coordinate learning/training solutions to improve performance across the organization, utilizing HR information systems to access, input, and compile data.
  5. HR Systems Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee training, certifications, and attendance.

Requirements
  1. CIPD Level 3 (ideally)
  2. Proven work experience in HR
  3. Ability to advise and work with senior members of staff
  4. Personable with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities across all levels of the business
  5. Driven and determined
  6. Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
