Key Responsibilities- Manage financial ledgers, maintain fixed asset registers, and support the production of management and statutory accounts.
- Oversee the daily operations of a small finance team and lead the payroll operation for 250 employees.
- Contribute to management accounts, forecasts, and budgets for the department, working with the finance business partner, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Develop internal finance processes and team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Part-qualified through ACCA / CIPP or Qualified by Experience.
