About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled administrator to join our Financial Planning support team as a Financial Services Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, recording all activities
  • Support compliant new business submissions by completing and distributing relevant documentation, managing progress, and updating the CRM system
  • Act as the primary interface for internal and external client queries, as well as third-party providers
  • Provide ongoing operational and administrative servicing of existing clients, including preparation of client review reports, issuing recommendation reports, and processing withdrawal requests
  • Liaise with third parties regarding letters of authority, policy information, fund switches, and transfers of stock and/or cash
Requirements
  • Reliable and self-motivated individual with administration experience, preferably in the wealth management or investment sector
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to handle high volumes of work and attention to detail when instructing high-value transactions
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously
  • Experience using client management/financial planning tools and familiarity with dealing with third parties to commence transfer proceedings, instructing fund switches, and/or change servicing rights
