Senior Business Development Manager Opportunity:
Miller Group Global Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Belfast City Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, and delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on corporate clients, group bookings, and events.
• Create tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.

**Client Relationship Management:**
You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate accounts, event planners, and travel agencies. Serve as the main point of contact for corporate and group clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our hotel's unique offerings.

**Market Analysis and Reporting:**
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategies. Prepare and present regular reports to management, detailing performance metrics and areas for growth. Stay informed about the local and global hospitality landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
