Job Overview

Zest Business Group is currently seeking a highly motivated Regional Lens Account Manager to join our team in Northern Ireland. This role will involve building strong business relationships with customers in the independent optical market, increasing and developing sales of lens products within the given geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve agreed sales targets for value within specified area.
  • Educate and train all levels of customers' employees on features and benefits of listed products, technical knowledge, and sales skills to improve product mix and overall sales.
  • Increase sales versus competition through persuasion and compelling arguments.
  • Provide excellent customer service through regular calls and ongoing contact to meet customer requirements.
  • Operate within cost budgets for entertainment and expenses through economical coverage of the territory.
  • Execute joint marketing/local promotions to drive sales.
Requirements:
  • FBDO qualification / Practice Manager.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels verbally and in writing.
Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive base salary up to £32,500, an excellent bonus scheme, company car, and range of additional benefits. The estimated annual salary package for this role is around £45,000-£50,000 based on industry standards for similar positions in Northern Ireland.
