About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Internal Sales Person in our Belfast branch. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your sales skills and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers through targeted marketing campaigns and networking events.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, achieving revenue growth and contributing to business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Salary and Benefits
