Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating leads.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of meeting targets. You will be working closely with our Field Sales Team to develop and maintain accurate pipelines, achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly targets, and meet KPIs such as the quantity of calls made daily and booked meetings.

- Create and manage sales pipelines
- Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving sales goals
