Business Development Representative

Your Responsibilities
As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own niche market, sourcing and headhunting candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and creating a pipeline of candidates for current or future job openings. You will also stay informed about industry trends, providing market insight and managing expectations (of both your clients and candidates). Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships and generate new leads (through research, cold calling, referrals etc.) and represent your candidates to your clients, scheduling interviews and providing appropriate feedback.
What We Offer
We offer competitive basic salaries, starting at £24,000+ and an industry leading commission structure which is completely uncapped and paid monthly. You'll also receive on-the-job 1:1 recruitment training program and ongoing mentoring throughout your career. Performance based progression opportunities and options to work in our international offices are also available. Furthermore, you can expect bonuses, paid lunch clubs and exciting travel opportunities. Some team members have travelled to Tampa, Nashville and Copenhagen this year. Annual company trips are also a part of the package, with the whole of Reperio being treated to an all-expenses-paid trip to Lisbon last year.
