This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading Fintech marketing and comparison company as a Business Development Manager. With a salary of £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + up to 15% bonus, you will be part of a dynamic team that offers continuous progression opportunities.

Your role will involve taking ownership of existing accounts, onboarding new partners/customers, and developing successful, long-term partnerships. You will contribute directly to the success of your accounts through identifying and negotiating new business with existing customers and managing multiple customer accounts effectively.

You will have the opportunity to build on current customer relationships to grow existing accounts and take on larger accounts with more responsibility. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing multiple customer accounts, meeting with account contacts to maintain effective working relationships and identify potential new sales opportunities and solutions for existing customers.
  • Negotiating commercial and contractual terms for new and add-on product lines and ongoing accounts.
  • Liaising and attending customer meetings, conferences, and exhibitions which could involve some travel primarily within the UK to aid business and organisational development.
Experience of managing and maximizing the profitability of multiple B2B relationships and excellent analytical and data interpretation skills are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. A degree in a business or IT field is desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing, account management role, preferably from a technology, consulting, or insurance/financial/utilities product background. Experience in an IT, e-commerce, fintech, or financial services environment is also highly desirable.
