Sales Business Development Manager
About The Position
The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Professional to join their team in a senior sales and business development role. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve commercial targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities across various industry sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations, reports, and proposals to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and execute business growth plans.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the steel industry.
  • Strong understanding of steel stockholding and processing, including steel plate, plate processing, and structural sections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and methodical, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a wider team.

Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £70,000-£90,000, plus bonus and executive benefits.
