Business Development Professional

VickerStock is partnering with a leading food manufacturing business to find a talented Business Development Executive to drive their growth and expansion into the Northern Ireland and UK convenience market. This exciting opportunity comes with a highly competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus performance-based incentives.
Job OverviewThis role involves developing and executing strategies to expand the client base and enhance revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets within the 'Ready to Eat' space.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the market
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, and industry events
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development strategies with brand initiatives
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse market trends to adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working in a sales or business development role.
