Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Quirk Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced automotive sales environment.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities through phone, mail, and personal interactions with customers.
- Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Forecast sales goals on a monthly basis and track progress towards achieving targets.
- Stay up-to-date on dealership inventory and provide expert knowledge to customers.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled to stay informed about company initiatives and best practices.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior sales experience is preferred.
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Organization and follow-up skills are essential for success in this role.
- A valid state driver's license is mandatory.
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, training opportunities, and a 401(k) program.
