Are you a results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development and Sales Professional to join our team at PostalSort Ltd.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, profiling, and following up on new business opportunities in various target markets, including print and marketing industry, healthcare, education, construction, SMEs, finance industries, and charities.
Key responsibilities include building business relationships, introducing prospects to company services through meetings, presentations, and business events, contributing to writing marketing materials, social media, website content, proposals, and contract documentation to secure new business, ensuring high standards of customer care, planning and managing market research activities, assisting in the launch of new products, developing personal sales targets, constructing sales forecasts, and monitoring and reporting on sales achievement.

Requirements:
Essential requirements include business-to-business sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets, evidence of independently achieving results while working on own initiative, developing sales in new business markets, experience in lead generation and market research, experience with creating/developing sales materials and presentations, and proven experience building business relationships and securing contact with the buyer.
Desirable skills include knowledge of the NI and ROI geographical market, knowledge/experience of the print/postal/mail fulfilment or similar sector, full UK driving licence and access to own car, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, including strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, high level of written and spoken English, proactive ability to work independently, achieve results while working on own initiative, strong planning, organisational, and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft products including Outlook, competent in word processing, spreadsheet (Excel), presentation software, email, CRM systems, and the internet, able to work flexibly to ensure business needs are met, and able to gain knowledge of products quickly and present them to buyers confidently.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £35,000 dependent upon experience, contributory company pension, 29 days (including statutory) paid holidays increasing up to 31, engaging and supportive working environment, free on-site parking, and hybrid working options.
