Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify leads.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers through regular engagement.
  • Manage a small portfolio of accounts, focusing on growth and profitability.
  • Develop customised solutions for customers based on a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Make pricing decisions in collaboration with internal stakeholders, prioritising profit over bottom-line pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
