Clinical Deputy Manager | Elderly Nursing Home
We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to join our valued client's team in their excellent nursing home based near Nantwich. This home provides care for nursing, residential and dementia residents.
The Role and ResponsibilitiesThis exciting opportunity is suitable for a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
Requirements and Qualifications- Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN with good general nursing skills)
- 2 years experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead
- Previous Nursing Home experience
- Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
- Strong Clinical Skills
- Genuine passion for elderly care
This role offers an estimated salary of £50,000 per annum and is based near Nantwich area, making it easily commutable from nearby towns. There is a 2-stage interview process involving an interview with the Home Manager and a formal interview with the Home Manager & Regional Manager.
