Kitchen Team Member

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Part Time Cook to join our team at a truly stunning Retirement Village and Nursing Home in Nantwich. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals for our residents.
Working Hours: 24 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern between 7:00am - 8pm.
Location: Nantwich CW5
Estimated Salary: £12,704.00 per annum (based on 24 hours per week), with the possibility of overtime.

About the Role:
- To prepare and cook nutritious meals for our residents, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- To work collaboratively as part of a close-knit kitchen team, ensuring that all meals are prepared to a high standard.
- To maintain a clean and hygienic working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines.
- To develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account resident feedback and dietary requirements.
- To assist with inventory management, ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.

- You have previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ideally in a care home or similar setting.
- You are able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues.
- You have excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
