Aramark UK is currently hiring a temporary Cook for their Education sector to work at a school in Nantwich. This part-time role requires a 3-month commitment, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during term time only. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing hot and cold food, deli grab & go items, and serving customers while ensuring Food Safety standards are met. You will also participate in daily/weekly deep cleans of the unit and assist with storing deliveries.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and possess the legal right to work. Additionally, you must pass full security vetting and DBS checks before commencing employment.
A Day in the Life
Your day will begin with meal preparation, followed by serving on the hot counter at breakfast and lunchtime. You will track dishes running low and maintain Food Safety standards throughout your shift. Orders will be placed, stock takes performed, and you will assist with storing deliveries and contributing to the unit's cleanliness.
