Your Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at Bupa, you will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care. You will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their individual needs.
You will also be responsible for monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies, and legislation. You will deliver clinical guidance to your care team, lead, motivate, and mentor this team to ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day running of the care home.
Requirements
We're looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development. You should have a strong background in nursing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
You will need to be a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and your colleagues. A passion to coach, guide, and support your team, as well as providing formal and informal programmes of training to colleagues and other care professionals, is essential.
Salary: £25.06 per hour.
