Deputy Nursing Home Manager

A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to join our client's nursing home based near Nantwich. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care for nursing, residential and dementia residents.
This role requires a qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) with strong clinical skills, who has previously worked in a nursing home environment and has experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You should also have a genuine passion for elderly and dementia care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care for nursing, residential and dementia residents
* Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Develop and implement effective care plans
