Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and wellbeing for our residents.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position, working 8am – 8pm or 8pm – 8am, with a salary of £24,000 per annum. The successful candidate will have a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver clinical guidance to your care team, leading, motivating and mentoring this team to ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day running of the care home.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation.
- Promote residents' independence, choice and dignity by delivering the very best standards of care.
- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
- Naturally caring with a hands-on approach, with a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice and dignity.
