Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Akari Care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership role, mentoring and guiding a team of nursing professionals to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in elderly care, with a proven track record of providing high-quality clinical care and leading by example. A competitive salary of £20.00 per hour, a welcome bonus of £1,500, and annual NMC fees paid are just some of the benefits on offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of nurses, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
- To mentor and coach nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Active PIN and no restrictions.
- Proven experience in elderly care.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
