Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our team at a nursing home in Nantwich, Cheshire. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, working closely with the management team to achieve high standards of care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with strong clinical skills and experience in a nursing home environment. You will be required to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, managing staff and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide leadership and guidance to staff members
  • To ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents
  • To manage staff rotas and schedules
  • To maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised nursing qualification (RGN or RMN)
  • 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead
  • Previous experience in a nursing home setting
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge
