Vetisco is a leading animal welfare charity dedicated to providing care and rehabilitation for wildlife in need.
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Stapeley Grange, one of our four RSPCA wildlife centres based in England.
The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced team to provide direct medical and surgical patient care, emergency & critical care nursing, and maintain a high level of clinical hygiene and biosecurity throughout the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Emergency & critical care nursing of admitted wildlife, including primary triage.
- Provide direct medical and surgical patient care.
- Dispense drugs in accordance with professional guidelines and clinic rules.
- Maintain a high level of clinical hygiene and biosecurity throughout the hospital.
- Undertake continuing professional and personal development associated with the role.
About the Role
This is a casual Vet Nurse position, working on a flexible schedule that includes full-time and part-time options. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma or a Degree in Vet Nursing and be registered with the RCVS.
What We Offer
Vetisco offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
