About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work alongside our District Nursing team in Nantwich and Rural Care Community.

This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver safe, individualized, and effective nursing care, following care plans and treatment interventions. As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for phlebotomy, wound care, assisting registered nurses in clinics, catheter care, and administration of insulin to stable diabetic patients.

Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that patients receive the best possible care, promoting a rehabilitative and self-care approach.

As a valued member of our team, you will have access to bespoke competency-based training and NHS mandatory training relevant to your role.

Please note that a UK driving license is required for this position.
