Nursing Home Deputy Manager Vacancy
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at a nursing home in Nantwich, Cheshire. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities- To assist the Home Manager in the management of staff
- To ensure the smooth running of the home's daily operations
- To maintain accurate records and reports
- To support the implementation of policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised nursing qualification (RGN or RMN)
- 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead
- Previous experience in a nursing home setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge
