Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Home Assistant Practitioner to join our team. You will assist in providing physical, mental, and emotional support to our residents, working closely with our nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of person-centred care to our residents
- Work collaboratively with our nursing team to meet the needs of our residents
- Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment that promotes resident well-being
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
