Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Senior Care Assistant to work night shifts in one of our care homes. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, including observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a caring nature, good communication and relationship building skills, flexibility, and adaptability. We offer a competitive salary starting at £12.52 per hour up to £13.27 per hour, depending on qualification, as well as employer pension contribution, recognition schemes, and rewarding referral schemes.
