As a key member of our extended care team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day nursing needs of our residents, enabling our Nurses to focus on more complex requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading by example, motivating a team, and delegating effectively. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
