Compassionate Support Worker

We're seeking a Compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Group, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a key member of our care team, you'll provide high-quality care and support that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
You'll work closely with our team to create a warm and welcoming environment that promotes the well-being and dignity of our residents. The estimated salary for this role is £11.90 per hour, and you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including comprehensive training and development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, we'd love to hear from you
- Salary: £11.90 per hour
