Job Title: Special Education Needs Support Worker Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SEN Support Worker to join our team at a rural primary school in Nantwich. The successful candidate will have experience in developing communication, social, emotional, and interaction skills in children.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver daily support with reading and sentence writing sessions
  • Support positive learning exchanges and assist in understanding lesson purposes
  • Work closely with the child's speech and language care plan, implementing activities and monitoring progress towards targets
Requirements:
  • Strong background in developing communication, social, emotional, and interaction skills in children
  • Ability to build good working relationships with pupils and adults
  • Good organisational skills
  • Flexibility and creativity
  • Enjoy working with children
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Experience working with children with Autism
  • Patient and sense of humour
