Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Making critical clinical decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Developing and accessing person-centered care plans to meet the individual needs of each service user.
  • Providing nursing care, including administering medication and dressings, to promote optimal health and well-being.
  • Managing resident medical conditions and supporting all staff within the home.
Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • An active RGN qualification and NMC pin.
  • The most up-to-date clinical knowledge to inform your practice.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to build strong relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £21 per hour, paid for 3 shifts per week across 3 different sites in the area.
