Job Description

**Job Summary:**

CML is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Manager and other team members as needed.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Compile and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
