• Generate and present quotations for subcontractor pricing to clients through the sales platform. Oversee daily prioritization of client orders, providing updates and managing any escalations effectively.


• Address daily client inquiries, ensuring information is conveyed in a clear and documented manner.


• Manage new client requests efficiently, ensuring timely processing of outsourced tasks by:


• Initiating the release of service orders to our external partners for outsourced tasks.


• Collaborating with logistics to confirm the progress of units through the established processes.


• Monitoring turnaround times for projects to guarantee adherence to client commitments.


• Handling requests for status verification regarding receipt or other processing stages for outsourced tasks as needed.


• Updating internal records for individual projects to maintain accurate tracking.


• Adhering to quality protocols to log certifications into the internal system for auditing purposes.


• Supporting overall on-site outsourced operations daily, fostering teamwork and providing prompt assistance.


• Ensuring the availability of advanced materials, equipment, and services in line with supply chain optimization goals and management objectives.


• Engaging in general procurement responsibilities, which may include initiating requisitions, purchase orders, and scheduling. Reviewing supplier quotes and confirming order statuses to ensure timely delivery aligned with client expectations.


• Assisting any procurement outsourcing contract personnel as necessary, including but not limited to, managing open order reports, supplier confirmations, and ensuring on-time delivery.
