Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Hybrid

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage a wide range of processes, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers on a daily/weekly basis, ensuring attention to detail and meeting contractual obligations.
  • Provide quotations for sub-contract prices to customers via our sales system.
  • Manage daily prioritization of customer orders, communicate status, and manage escalations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, documenting information in a timely manner.
  • Process new customer requests, ensuring timely completion of work for outsource services.
  • Partner with logistics to verify the progress of units according to process.
  • Monitor turnaround times to ensure compliance with customer contractual commitments.
  • Handle requests to verify status for receipt or other processing steps for outsourced work.
  • Update internal system notes for individual jobs.
  • Follow quality procedures to log certificates onto the internal system for auditing purposes.
  • Support on-site duties on a day-to-day basis, providing good teamwork and prompt support.
  • Ensure the supply of high-technology materials, equipment, and/or services aligns with supply chain optimization goals and management objectives.
  • Perform general purchasing responsibilities, including requisitioning, purchasing orders, and scheduling.
  • Review supplier quotes, order confirmation status to ensure timely delivery and meeting customer required dates.
  • Support procurement outsource contract staff as needed, including open order reports, supplier confirmation, on-time delivery, expediting, etc.
  • Utilize strong computer office skills for this position.
