About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at eTeam. As a key member of our Outsource Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quotations of sub-contract prices to customers via our sales system.
- Process customer requests and ensure work is managed in a timely manner for Outsource by triggering the release of Service Orders to our suppliers.
- Partner with logistics to physically verify the units are progressing per the process.
- Follow quality procedures to log certificates onto our internal system for auditing purposes.
- Support the overall Outsource on-site duties on a day-to-day basis, providing good teamwork and prompt support.
- Assure the supply of high-technology materials, equipment, and/or services in accordance with supply chain optimization goals and management objectives.
- Subcontract admin will work from our Telford, England UK facility within our Client's Global Services Organization.
- Support any procurement outsource contract staff as needed, including but not limited to, open order reports, supplier confirmation, on-time delivery, expediting, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong computer office skills required for this position.
