About the Role:
eTeam is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of processes, adapting to changing priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers on a daily/weekly basis to prioritize their needs and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide quotations for sub-contract prices to customers via our sales system.
- Manage daily prioritization of customer orders and communicate status updates.
- Answer customer queries and provide documented information.
- Process new customer requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Partner with logistics to verify the progress of units.
- Monitor turnaround times to ensure customer contractual commitments are met.
- Handle requests for status updates and update internal system notes.
- Follow quality procedures to log certificates for auditing purposes.
- Support on-site duties and provide good teamwork and prompt support.
- Assure the supply of high-technology materials, equipment, and services in accordance with supply chain optimization goals.
Requirements:
