About the Role:

eTeam is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of processes, adapting to changing priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with customers on a daily/weekly basis to prioritize their needs and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  2. Provide quotations for sub-contract prices to customers via our sales system.
  3. Manage daily prioritization of customer orders and communicate status updates.
  4. Answer customer queries and provide documented information.
  5. Process new customer requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  6. Partner with logistics to verify the progress of units.
  7. Monitor turnaround times to ensure customer contractual commitments are met.
  8. Handle requests for status updates and update internal system notes.
  9. Follow quality procedures to log certificates for auditing purposes.
  10. Support on-site duties and provide good teamwork and prompt support.
  11. Assure the supply of high-technology materials, equipment, and services in accordance with supply chain optimization goals.
