Job Description:
As a key member of our eTeam, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on:
- Providing Quotations: You will work closely with our sales team to provide accurate and timely quotations to customers via our sales system.
- Processing Customer Requests: You will ensure that customer requests are processed efficiently and effectively, and that work is managed in a timely manner to meet our contractual commitments.
- Partnering with Logistics: You will work closely with our logistics team to physically verify the progress of units and ensure that they are meeting our quality standards.
- Monitoring Turnaround Times: You will be responsible for monitoring turnaround times to ensure that we meet our customer contractual commitments.
- Handling Requests: You will handle requests from customers to verify the status of their orders or other processing steps.
- Updating Internal System Notes: You will update internal system notes for individual jobs to ensure that all relevant information is accurately recorded.
- Following Quality Procedures: You will follow quality procedures to log certificates onto our internal system for auditing purposes.
- Supporting On-Site Duties: You will provide support to our on-site team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Ensuring Supply Chain Optimization: You will work closely with our supply chain team to ensure that high-quality materials, equipment, and services are provided in accordance with our supply chain optimization goals and management objectives.
