We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Team Lead to join our team at Nasstar (UK) Ltd.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Service Desk team, ensuring excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Service Desk team to deliver high-quality technical support
- Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve service delivery
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and analyze service desk metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Service Desk leadership role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles
