About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Team Lead to join our Technical Operations team at Nasstar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical specialists to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technical specialists to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
  • Work closely with the Customer Operations Manager to provide feedback on team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and development programs for team members.
  • Assist with jeopardy management by reviewing ticket trends and implementing changes to reduce re-occurrence of common issues.
  • Act as an escalation point and decision maker for service-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in a Service Desk environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with ITSM systems and automating Service Desk processes.
