About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Service Desk team, ensuring excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Service Desk team to deliver high-quality technical support
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve service delivery
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze service desk metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Service Desk leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles
