Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Service Desk Technician to join our team at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our Digital Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our end-users.

Main Responsibilities

Day-to-day duties will include:

  • Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues
  • Resolving incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participating in an out-of-hours IT Service Desk on-call rota
