Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical specialists, providing direction and guidance to ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing technical team, focusing on continuous improvement and development.
  • Create a positive team culture based on professionalism, pride, and excellent service delivery.
  • Support team members in prioritizing incidents and workload, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Act as an escalation point and decision-maker for service-related issues, identifying bottlenecks and implementing service improvement plans.
Requirements
  • Solid background in Service Desk support, with experience working in a busy IT Service Desk environment.
  • Experience working with ITSM systems and automating Service Desk processes.
  • Ability to work with and adhere to procedures, supporting end-users across various locations.
